You will establish the control environment across over a thousand financial centers, partner with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Retail Distribution, and drive a robust internal controls program to protect clients and the bank. The role requires extensive experience in banking risk management, leadership, and a proven ability to drive governance, issue remediation, and regulatory adherence

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, Risk Mgmt, Economics or related field preferred.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, CISA, CIA, CRMA are assets.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in banking, risk management, or internal controls.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-scale programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the internal controls framework across the retail center network.
• Establish and oversee the control environment for financial centers.
• Partner with Retail Distribution, Compliance, Risk Mgmt, and Audit.
• Develop and execute the network internal controls strategy.
• Drive regulatory compliance and reduce operational losses and fraud.
