Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Information Security, Technology Risk, Internal Audit, Regulatory Remediation, Assurance Testing, Compliance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing teams responsible for assurance, testing, audit, risk, or regulatory programs.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, internal controls, and assurance methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technology Controls / Information Security experts in development of strategies, programs, tools, frameworks and policies.
• Provide oversight of Regulatory Remediation Assurance testing, including design review, effectiveness, and sustainability assessments.
• Communicate findings to executive leadership and governance forums; escalate material risks as needed.
