Qualifications

• 6–10 years in workplace, facilities, or office operations roles.
• Experience managing distributed teams with strong remote and in-person leadership.
• Track record of empowering team members via coaching and delegated ownership.
• Experience owning multi-site or regional operations.
• Hands-on, team-first approach, able to cover adjacent operational needs.
• Strong expertise in workplace operations, employee experience, and service delivery.
• Experience scaling operations or building programs from scratch.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors and workplace budgets for quality and efficiency.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America workplace strategy and operating model, aligning office experience with business priorities and headcount planning.
• Translate needs into workplace plans across locations, including capacity, service levels, and programming.
• Make and drive decisions on workplace standards, policies, and investments balancing employee experience, cost and scalability.
• Establish and track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide functional leadership across locations, maintaining consistency with local needs.
• Develop and implement workplace programs and standards to bring consistency and delight.
• Ensure offices support collaboration and productivity for a remote workforce.
• Oversee workplace policies, procedures and service delivery for excellence and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships across facilities, hospitality and office services.
• Partner with People, IT, and Finance to deliver holistic workplace solutions.
• Support office activations, events and programming to strengthen culture and employee engagement.
• Lead projects with the Senior Manager and coordinate vendors, installations and office refreshes.
• Lead, coach and empower a distributed Workplace team across North America with strong in-person and remote leadership.
