• 6-10 years of experience in workplace, facilities, hospitality, or office operations.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing distributed teams.
• Hands-on, team-first approach and willingness to cover adjacent operational needs.

Aufgaben

• Own the North America workplace strategy and operating model, aligning office experience with business priorities, headcount planning, and ways of working.
• Translate company and team needs into workplace plans, including capacity, service levels, and programming across all locations.
• Make and drive decisions on workplace standards, policies, and investments, balancing employee experience, cost, and scalability.
• Establish and track key performance metrics (e.g., employee experience, utilization, vendor performance, budget adherence) and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide functional leadership across locations, ensuring consistency while adapting to local needs.
• Develop and implement workplace programs, standards, and initiatives that bring consistency, functionality, and delight to our spaces.
