Job summary

ClickHouse, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Workplaces to build our workplace function from the ground up and shape the policies, standards, and operating model that support a growing global footprint.

You will own site selection, office operations, vendor relationships, and budget management while balancing our remote-first culture with in-person collaboration across regions. The role reports to the Head of Procurement and partners with People, IT, Security, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or global office operations.
• Experience supporting a globally distributed organization with multiple small offices across regions.
• Enthusiasm for remote-first work while investing in in-person environments.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience managing a budget with a track record of efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up ClickHouse's global workplace function from scratch, including policies, standards, playbooks, and operating processes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for small offices across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent experience.
• Develop a remote-first, in-person-enabled workplace strategy with hubs and gathering spaces.
• Lead site selection, buildout, and launch of new offices in new regions.
• Own vendor relationships across regions—brokers, landlords, facilities, F&B, events.
• Partner with People, IT, Security, and Finance on space planning and headcount-driven capacity.
• Own the global workplace budget and identify cost optimizations.
• Create scalable workplace policies: health & safety, visitor management, security, access.
• Support company gatherings to reinforce culture across a distributed team.
• Serve as primary contact for office-related issues and escalations.
