Job summary

Koch Foods is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the recruiting team and support hiring across the Complex. You will recruit, interview, hire and train staff, and oversee daily workflow.

The role requires five years of recruiting experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive staffing initiatives in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Five years of recruiting experience required.
• Understanding of recruiting methods, policies and employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Responsible for the recruiting cycle for all hourly and salaried positions for the entire Complex.
• Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
• Manages the recruiting team.
• Works closely with managers in all departments to determine staffing needs and coordinate hiring initiatives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
