Koch Recruiting is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team supporting Koch companies in Hudson, WI. You will work closely with full life-cycle recruiters, coordinating interviews, post-offer steps, and travel logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

We value process improvement, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple time zones and stakeholders. This role emphasizes strong communication, use of ATS/CRM, and leveraging automation in recruiting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing different priorities and adjusting based on business need.
• Experience communicating across various levels of an organization, in written and verbal form.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience utilizing AI within recruiting processes or tools that leverage automation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite and virtual interviews and related meetings for Molex recruitment team across levels.
• Own and execute post-offer and pre-hire processes (background checks, I-9 coordination).
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense submissions as needed.
• Manage priorities based on business need and opportunity cost.
• Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience to attract talent.
• Be main contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers during scheduling and post-offer steps.
• Develop and communicate effective processes for a best-in-class recruitment experience.
• Learn about the business and recruiting for continuous process improvements.
