JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Director to lead the E2E delivery of the Chase Zelle platform, shaping the future of real-time payments for millions of customers.

You will drive vision, strategy, and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions while embedding strong fraud controls. You will mentor product managers, define bold roadmaps, and collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies, ensuring operational excellence and scalable growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including 5+ years in real-time or P2P payments.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, highly regulated product launches.
• Deep expertise in fraud, risk, and claims-handling frameworks.
• Strong experience partnering with Marketing on go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Exceptional executive presence; strong and effective presentation skills with all levels of management.
• Demonstrated leadership in hiring, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product discovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams through discovery, design, build, test, and launch phases, manage product backlog, production support, defect resolution, and prioritization
• Define and communicate a bold, data-driven product vision and roadmap
• Mentor and develop product managers, collaborating with cross-functional partners for commitments and prioritization
• Develop products and services delivering innovative experiences while reducing banking friction
• Lead teams to document product requirements and relay them to engineering
• Monitor goals and benchmarks; identify enhancement paths and remediation plans
• Embed fraud, risk, and operational controls across the payment lifecycle
• Facilitate decision-making forums to keep teams aligned
• Co-create launch strategies and campaigns to drive adoption and engagement
• Monitor operational metrics and publish executive health reports
• Coordinate with portfolio management for pre-release testing and post-live validation
