• Banking/financial sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads full product lifecycle from planning to future development, managing risks and investments.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices and adoption strategies.
• Drives client outreach to understand needs and align the growth roadmap.
• Establishes partner routines with Payments, product, regions, sales, and marketing.
• Oversees annual budgeting to tie investments to outcomes and client needs.
• Owns product performance and drives enhancements to achieve objectives.
• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies differentiators.
