Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Payments Rails to lead cross-functional programs modernizing platforms and product solutions. You will manage large initiatives from initiation to go-live, partnering with product and technology teams and senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

You will operate in a matrixed environment, translating strategy into executable plans, guiding delivery teams, and coaching team members to improve delivery predictability and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness.
• Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to manage tight delivery timelines with strong control of scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; explain complex topics clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Directs end-to-end product delivery activities including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Owns change management framework across functional partners ensuring risk/compliance adherence.
• Maintains visibility over timelines and dependencies, monitors blockers, and coordinates resources.
• Coaches the delivery team on best practices and deployment techniques to improve efficiency.
• Builds business cases for strategic programs and supports roadmap funding.
• Communicates roadmap priorities and delivery status to stakeholders and leaders.
• Establishes governance forums to drive decisions and alignment.
• Coordinates cross-functional delivery teams and drives accountability for outcomes.
• Identifies risks and roadblocks early and elevates with options and impacts.
• Defines program success metrics and reports progress with actionable insights.
