Job summary

Körber USA is seeking a Director of Quality and EHS to lead comprehensive quality and environmental health and safety programs. You will oversee QMS implementation, drive ISO 9000/14000/45000 alignment, and coordinate safety improvements, audits, and corrective actions across manufacturing, suppliers, and services.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or certifications (CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, CSP) are highly desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of quality and EHS management experience with ISO standard expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing management of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO compliance.
• Oversee environmental, health and safety programs and drive KPI improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, corrective actions, and supplier quality initiatives.
• Manage the quality and EHS organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field

Master’s degree or professional certifications (CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, CSP) is highly desirable
