Job summary

Körber is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in the United States to analyze, evaluate, and monitor supplier performance and to support supplier selection and evaluation. You will develop and implement quality standards and lead audits to ensure compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in supplier quality or related areas, strong communication, and a continuous improvement mindset. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is possible; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Supply Chain Quality.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective quality solutions.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% as required by business needs.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Continuous improvement mindset with adaptability to new technologies and quality enhancements.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external quality standards.
• Implement quality standards for on-site providers, review performance, and initiate corrective actions.
• Conduct installation and supplier audits to evaluate quality performance and ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement corrective measures to address delivery performance issues at sites and supplier level.
• Support cross-functional teams in developing supply chain quality processes and tools.
• Maintain process and document control for material quality, including materials to third-party suppliers.
• Compile, process, present, and maintain procurement data for reporting.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation related to quality and delivery performance.
