Reporting to the SVP, Provider Operations, the Director of Network Strategy & Analytics will drive the strategy and analytical framework for growing and measuring the health of Spring Health and Alma’s combined network of 40,000+ providers. This role will ensure we have the right provider supply and capacity to accelerate growth while improving network efficiency and provider experience.
The Director will translate complex network data into clear strategy and action—determining where and how our network should grow, identifying opportunities to better utilize existing capacity, and building the forecasting and insights needed to make proactive network decisions. This is a full time hybrid position on our team with 3 days per week required in person at our New York HQ office.
