Job summary

This leader will partner with senior leadership for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and benchmarking; manage the Compensation & Analytics team; ensure alignment with strategic goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and analytical skills required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and physician compensation.
• Solid business acumen and financial analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement provider compensation plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and communication of plan changes.
• Design and maintain systems, databases and reports for the compensation program.
• Provide market and internal data to leaders; oversee productivity analyses and reports.
• Support senior leadership with data and analysis as needed.
• Ensure alignment between compensation plans and strategic goals.
• Lead Provider Compensation Committee and manage the compensation analytics team.
• Oversee administration of compensation plans, including leadership allocations and variable pay.
• Develop staff and supervise the Provider Compensation & Analytics team.
