Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in hospital/health system or physician practice settings.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen relevant to provider compensation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement provider compensation plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and related analyses.
• Design systems and reports to support the provider compensation program.
• Provide market data and productivity analyses to leaders; prepare regular reports.
• Ensure alignment of compensation plans with strategic goals and committee actions.
• Develop staff in the Provider Compensation & Analytics team and manage related processes.
