Reporting to the SVP, this role oversees long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, service line profitability, and financial analytics, partnering with executive leadership to drive value-based care and organizational transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA, CPA, MHA or other advanced degree preferred.
Minimum ten years of healthcare finance experience, including at least five years in senior leadership.
Experience leading enterprise FP&A functions within complex matrix organizations.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, strategic planning, and organizational transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise financial planning activities, including annual operating and capital budgets, long-range plans, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial modeling.
Develop integrated financial plans that align organizational resources with Beth Israel Lahey Health's priorities.
Provide executive leadership with timely analysis of financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Lead enterprise service line profitability analysis, margin improvement initiatives, and ROI analyses.
Prepare Board materials and financial narratives with clear strategic messaging and insight.
