The Director of Provider Compensation & Business Analytics is responsible for the development, oversight, and administration of the BILH Medical Group’s provider compensation program. The Director works with senior leadership to develop, implement, and administer compensation programs; oversees and prepares data and analytics related to compensation and productivity; and participates in key financial planning & analysis activities related to provider practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and business plan development. BILH Medical Group is a provider organization that includes over 1,300 physicians and advanced practice providers spanning primary care and over 30 specialties. This position reports to the COO of BILHMG and works closely with the Medical Group’s Financial Planning & Analysis team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:

$150,000.00 USD - $185,000.00 USD. The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
