Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 12+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large multi-discipline teams.
• Proven track record of business development with high-caliber clients.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead communications with the client and oversight of project management team services.
• Lead research related to construction market conditions and produce thought leadership reports.
• Set strategy and manage resources, financials, and training within PM services.
• Develop a detailed understanding of the market and grow a pipeline of opportunities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure quality compliance.
