Job summary

Gradian, an engineering-led thermal solutions provider, is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules supporting customer delivery commitments. The role collaborates with Production, Materials, Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Service to optimize resources and ensure efficient workflow.

Senior candidates will own KPIs, lead process improvements, and support SIOP with capacity insights. Dayton, MN site role with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years' experience in production scheduling or supply chain planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, material availability, and capacity.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure schedules are achievable and aligned with objectives.
• Monitor performance and adjust schedules for changes in demand, materials, or constraints.
• Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
• Lead scheduling review meetings and communicate changes to stakeholders.
