Job summary

Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced production operations leader to drive efficiency and safety in a major Guthrie area plant. You will plan, organize, and implement manufacturing procedures, manage budgets, and lead a team to maximize throughput and quality.

The role requires 4+ years in production and 4+ years in management, a Bachelor's degree, strong problem-solving, and the ability to interpret drawings/P&ID while enforcing ASME and API standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a production environment.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings and P&ID; knowledge of ASME and API.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and implement strategy for operational management and development plan to establish effective and relevant export/import activities and support in relation to the organization’s sales, purchasing, materials management, and production and overall operating functions.
• Departmental staff recruitment, development, training, and procedure processing to ensure all FET requirements are met and maintained.
• Communicate and provide information internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operation and effective service to Forum divisions.
• Analyze and interpret data and produce relevant reports/presentations to assure all corporate goals are being achieved.
• Organize and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities for budget adherence and safety compliance.
