Qualifications

• Experience leading plant operations including safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Strong financial management with budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Clearfield manufacturing operation including production and warehousing.
• Establish priorities, schedules, staffing plans, and capacity to meet objectives.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams.
