You will plan, organize, and implement procedures, coordinate capital expenditures, and develop a high-performing team. The role requires 4+ years in production with management experience, strong communication, and knowledge of quality principles, ASME code, and API standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational management and development to support sales, purchasing, materials management, and production operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet FET requirements.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Approve budgets, expenditures, and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate daily production and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, maintenance, and suppliers on CAPEX.
