Lead multi‑year vision, governance and roadmaps across ADMS, DERMS, OMS, AMI and grid analytics; partner with engineering, sales and executive leadership to deliver measurable business impact. This is a hybrid role with travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management, strategy or related tech leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the electric utility sector and grid technologies.
• Proven ability to scale product organisations and align product with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi‑year vision and strategy for utility software.
• Build and scale a best‑in‑class product management organisation.
• Governance, roadmaps, prioritisation, and customer feedback loops.
• Translate utility challenges into differentiated software solutions.
