ON.energy seeks a seasoned Systems Engineering leader to guide the team responsible for grid-scale energy storage, UPS, and power quality products. Qualifications

• 12+ years in complex power, energy, industrial, or electromechanical product development with systems engineering leadership.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary systems engineering teams and resource planning.
• Experience taking products from concept through deployment and field readiness.
• Strong knowledge of grid-scale BESS, power conversion, UPS, or related energy hardware.

Responsabilités

• Lead ON.energy's Systems Engineering team and governance across architecture, requirements, interfaces, risk, verification, and design transfer.
• Translate product strategy, customer needs, grid requirements, and technology opportunities into verifiable system solutions.
• Build capability and technical ownership for grid-scale energy storage, power conversion, UPS, and advanced power quality products from concept through field deployment.
• Define lifecycle processes for concept definition, requirements, architecture, verification, and release criteria.
• Document major technical decisions and rationale for reuse across programs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Program Management, and Deployment teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
