Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for Utility Microgrid Solutions. You will define the roadmap, business cases, and partner strategy for GW-scale grid-connected microgrid offerings.

Focus areas include HV/MV systems, DER integration, energy storage, and partner agreements. You’ll work with utilities, IPPs, and developers to shape repeatable, profitable product offerings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Systems, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in utility, grid modernization, DER, BESS, microgrids, power systems, HV/MV equipment, industrial power systems, or energy infrastructure.
• Product management, solution management, application engineering, R&D leadership, or engineering management experience with meaningful customer-facing exposure.
• Strong understanding of utility requirements, interconnection, protection, grid services, grid-scale BESS, DER integration, or power system studies.

Responsabilidades

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and business cases for utility-scale microgrid solutions.
• Translate utility needs into clear product requirements and cost targets.
• Define Delta’s role—what is owned internally vs. delivered through partners.
• Establish requirements for utility-scale architectures (HV/MV, BESS, PCS, controls).
• Benchmark competitors, partner ecosystems, and utility procurement models.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external partners.
• Drive differentiated, scalable, cost-effective product offerings.
