You will align Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, growth, and solution attachment across utility and data center segments, shaping pricing and packaging decisions. The role emphasizes translating complex tech into customer value, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving a market presence as a trusted grid

Qualifications

• Translate complex technical solutions into clear customer value propositions, business cases, and ROI narratives.
• Understand utility and C&I buyer behavior and grid modernization priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop go-to-market and launch strategies coordinating with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Create sales enablement and thought-leadership content to drive solutions attachment.

Responsabilités

• Own positioning, messaging, and differentiated value propositions for the Power Grid Automation portfolio.
• Lead go-to-market and launch strategy for new and existing solutions across channels.
• Build sales enablement tools, playbooks, ROI tools, and case material for solution selling.
• Drive thought leadership and digital presence including web content and SEO/AEO.
• Develop voice-of-customer insights to inform strategy and roadmaps.
• Monitor competitive intelligence and support pricing, packaging, and bundles.
