Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, Sales, or related leadership.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience including managers/directors.
• Proven track record leading complex product portfolios and profitable growth.
• Experience building product/portfolio strategies in a complex matrixed organization.
• Experience managing P&L and presenting strategic recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term product strategy and multi-year portfolio roadmap.
• Establish portfolio priorities using customer insight, market trends, and financial analysis.
• Communicate strategy and portfolio performance to executive leadership.
• Partner across functions to deliver portfolio objectives and investment decisions.
• Lead full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life decisions.
• Oversee product launches and commercialization with cross-functional readiness.
• Own portfolio P&L and drive revenue, margin, and market share growth.
• Build relationships with customers and strategic partners to identify growth opportunities.
