Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, engineering, finance, economics, or related field.
• 12+ years in product management, marketing, strategy, engineering, sales, or related senior leadership.
• 8+ years people leadership experience, including managers/directors.
• Demonstrated success leading complex product portfolios and profitable growth.
• Experience developing and executing product, portfolio, commercialization, and market strategies in a complex matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term product strategy and multi-year portfolio roadmap in alignment with growth objectives.
• Lead lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life, driving profitable growth and market relevance.
• Own portfolio P&L; collaborate with Finance and Sales on plans, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Finance to achieve portfolio objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management organization with clear accountability.
