DRiV is seeking a highly analytical, strategic Director of Product Management for the Shocks and Struts category. You will lead a team of product managers and partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to define and execute a data-driven product portfolio that strengthens market position and drives growth in the light-vehicle segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years in product management or related fields within a global matrix organization.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and success driving P&L and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead execution of the product category strategy, GTM, and commercialization plan with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Own the product category’s P&L, driving profitability, margin improvements, and growth opportunities.
• Build and lead a multi-year product roadmap by identifying gaps, customer needs, and competitive opportunities via research and benchmarking.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, including profitability analysis, demand planning, and new product development.
• Hire, train and manage a team of product managers and product analysts.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and supply chain to execute roadmaps and meet market demand.
• Communicate product vision and financial results to executive leadership and align stakeholders on priorities.
