DRiV is seeking an Executive Director of Sales for the U.S. & Canada CTOH to lead a $100M business, driving profitable growth, market share expansion, and strategic customer engagement across the United States and Canada.

You will oversee Sales, Product Management, and Sales Operations, building a high-performing team and partnering cross-functionally to deliver revenue, margin, and portfolio profitability. Significant travel required; MBA or advanced business education preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership in relevant sectors.
• Experience managing teams across sales, product management, and commercial operations.
• Experience with a business or portfolio >$100M in annual revenue.
