PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager who will own a product area, collaborating with customers, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, set priorities, and bring solutions to market.

This is a great opportunity for a Product Manager who has built a solid foundation in product management and is ready to take greater ownership of product strategy, roadmap decisions, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience with software products through multiple lifecycle stages.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and SDLC.
• Experience building requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data.
• Ability to partner with Engineering teams and communicate clearly.
• Experience cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, and Support.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing priorities.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an assigned product area.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, users, and market trends.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements and outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering and UX through discovery, development, and launch.
• Prioritize features balancing customer value, impact, and risk.
• Gather feedback from customers, Sales, and Support stakeholders.
• Use analytics and market data to guide decisions and measure success.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption and business impact.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams for launches and adoption.
• Communicate roadmap priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging tech to improve products.
