Job summary

Kele, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead and optimize a profitable BAS/HVAC product portfolio. This role aligns strategy, supplier governance, and lifecycle management with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to deliver customer value.

You will drive pricing strategy, data quality, and cross-functional enablement while building a high-performing Product Management team committed to data-driven decision making and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years leading a product/category management function with pricing, NPI, and supplier governance responsibilities.
• Experience in BAS/HVAC-controls or related technical-distribution industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build a high-performing, hands-on team and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of multi-year product and category strategy.
• Establish category scorecards and manage revenue, gross margin, and pricing.
• Oversee NPI and private-label stage-gate processes from concept to post-launch review.
• Identify market needs, regulatory changes, and competitive moves affecting BAS/HVAC products.
• Own product-pricing, margin governance, and pricing reviews with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal on supplier contracts and governance.
• Lead Product Management cadence: priorities, reviews, and annual strategy refresh.
