Job summary

Kele Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product and category strategy for BAS and HVAC-control solutions. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to deliver a differentiated portfolio and strong margins.

The Director will own NPI, private-label programs, data governance, pricing and supplier relationships, while building a high-performing Product Management team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years leading product/category management in BAS/HVAC or related industry.
• Demonstrated ownership of category strategy, supplier governance, pricing, and NPI processes.
• Experience building and leading a small, hands-on Product Management team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of multi-year product and category strategy, including growth priorities and portfolio differentiation.
• Establish category scorecards and hold Product Managers accountable for revenue, margins, pricing and inventory.
• Lead a disciplined NPI and private-label stage-gate process from market need to post-launch review.
• Identify category gaps, regulatory changes and emerging BAS/HVAC technologies.
• Direct portfolio lifecycle management, including SKU rationalization and make/buy decisions.
• Own strategic supplier segmentation and executive relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance and Legal on contract governance, rebates, terms, and data obligations.
• Own product-pricing and margin governance with market and financial data.
