Inmar Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Director to drive the end-to-end operating cadence for the MarTech product organization, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success. You will own operating rhythm, roadmap governance, and cross-functional adoption across a broad program scope.

The role requires strong facilitation, strategic communication, and the ability to convert priorities into measurable quarterly deliverables while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business, technology, operations, or related area.
• 7+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or TPM at a platform/SaaS.
• Experience facilitating decisions among senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own operating rhythm end-to-end; facilitate planning cycles and retrospectives.
• Coordinate roadmap governance and capacity tradeoff discussions.
• Build and maintain product investment models connecting roadmap to revenue.
