Inmar Inc. is seeking a visionary Sr. Retail Sales Strategist to lead development and execution of high-impact sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market leadership.

This strategic leader will advise senior executives, leverage data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration to influence direction, optimize performance, and enhance go-to-market execution. A strong track record in strategic planning, GTM design, and enterprise sales is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue ops, or related leadership.
• Proven experience leading strategic planning and GTM design at a senior level.
• Strong analytics using Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, Excel; financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term sales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead annual and quarterly sales planning cycles and territory planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Excellence, and Finance.
• Map and engage executive stakeholders within high-value accounts to accelerate decisions.
