Job summary

Adyen is seeking an experienced Manager, Product Experience (PX) to lead an international PX team, including members in Amsterdam and Chicago. You will guide end-to-end discovery and execution, from research and design to content, across a spectrum of domains to accelerate customer value.

You will define the PX strategy, coach a team of eight full-stack PX professionals, and partner with senior leaders to drive initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a Product design or UX field.
• Comfortable working across functions and levels, from engineers to executives.
• Drives a culture of urgency and action, ensuring the team moves fast to test, learn, and improve.
• Strategic leader with a builder's mindset, turning vision into impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the PX vision and strategy across domains.
• Build and grow a high-performing team of PX professionals.
• Partner with Group Product Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across product, development, commercial, and operations.
• Ensure PX work quality remains high and drives customer value.
• Empower team members to grow and succeed.
