Job summary

Adyen is seeking an experienced PX Manager to lead a team of eight full‑stack Product Experience professionals, owning end‑to‑end discovery from research, design to content. You will define and execute the PX strategy, partnering with Group Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and senior leaders to drive value across onboarding, compliance, and developer experiences.

You will champion customer needs, elevate PX quality, and coach the team to accelerate delivery in a fast-paced payments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership in Product design or UX.
• Strong UX craft and business acumen to create a clear vision.
• Ability to lead across engineers to executives and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the PX vision and strategy.
• Build and grow a high-performing team of 8 PX professionals.
• Partner with Group Product Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and senior leadership.
• Ensure PX work quality remains high and meets customer needs.
• Champion PX across the organization and align with business goals.
• Mentor and develop team members for growth.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Product, Development, Commercial and Operations.
