Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Manager, Product Experience (PX) to lead a global PX team of eight full‑stack professionals in driving end‑to‑end product discovery and execution—from research through content delivery. You will shape the PX vision and ensure alignment with merchants’ needs across onboarding, KYC/KYB, and developer experience.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, and senior executives to accelerate value realization, scale platforms, and deliver seamless merchant

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in product design or UX.
• Strong UX craft and business sense to drive vision into impact.

• Ability to coach and mentor teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the PX vision and strategy.

• Advocate PX across the organization and align with stakeholder needs.
