Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Head of Product Execution within the Commercial Product and Experience organization. You will lead the Product Execution function across national accounts and regional teams, translating product strategy into field-ready execution, storytelling, and measurable adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field sales leadership or product-focused leadership roles.
• Experience in payor-focused healthcare products or related segments.
• Proven track record leading customer- or field-facing teams in matrixed environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into market execution across distributed teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Product Execution function, including team direction and performance management.
• Define a consistent approach to activating product strategy across national accounts and regional teams.
• Partner with sales leadership and product owners to align priorities and field execution objectives.
• Establish expectations for product education, client and broker presentations, and storytelling across the team.
• Monitor territory product performance and execution effectiveness to inform priorities.
