Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Head of Product Execution to guide the Product Execution function for national accounts and regional teams. You will translate product strategy into field-ready execution, market storytelling, and measurable adoption across a national footprint.

You will partner with sales leadership and product owners to drive consistent field enablement, education, and portfolio adoption while managing a team of about six direct reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in field sales leadership or related roles.
• Strong experience with payor-focused healthcare products or related segments.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into market execution across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Execution function across national accounts and regional teams.
• Define a consistent approach to activating product strategy in the field.
• Partner with sales and product owners to align priorities and execution.
• Set expectations for product education, updates, and client/broker storytelling.
• Monitor adoption and territory performance to inform priorities.
• Build operating rhythms and decision frameworks to strengthen discipline.
• Provide leadership visibility into team performance and market opportunities.
