Job summary

First Harvest Credit Union in New Jersey seeks a strategic Vice President of Product Management & Digital Experience to lead member-facing products, digital channels, and business applications. You will own key platforms, shape the product roadmap, and partner with IT to translate business needs into technology solutions.

This senior role drives digital adoption, vendor management, and process optimization across departments, improving member experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Seven to ten years of leadership experience in financial services, product management, digital banking, operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing business applications and vendor relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Credit union or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management strategy for deposits, loans, and digital member products.
• Owner for designated products and platforms throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve member experience and efficiency.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for product performance and digital adoption.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to translate needs into solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and project governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in digital member journeys.
• Partner with Operations, Lending, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and IT.
