Job summary

Synchrony Financial is seeking a VP-level Product Manager for its Consumer Bank digital deposit product suite (savings, money market, CDs) across web and mobile. You will align business strategy, customer experience, and technology to deliver end-to-end digital experiences with strong KPI ownership.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop multi-year roadmaps, and influence partners in engineering, marketing, CX, and compliance to drive activation, retention, and value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in consumer banking, fintech, or digital financial services preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and multi-year roadmap for digital deposit acquisition, onboarding, and servicing experiences.
• Own annual strategy planning and roadmap whitepaper with external benchmarking.
• Partner with the Consumer Bank SI, Pricing, CX, and Marketing teams to drive innovative product management and solutions.
• Monitor and measure product metrics and KPIs to define success and prioritize capabilities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, UX/Design, Data Science, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, and Operations to deliver high-quality releases.
