Columbia Bank Northeast seeks a VP of Product and Digital to define and scale the bank’s product and digital strategy across all channels. You’ll lead a team shaping strategic capabilities, ensuring a customer-centric experience that drives revenue and deposit growth.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, oversee product lifecycle, and ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence. This role offers a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7+ years of product management experience in digital channels or customer-facing products.
• Experience working with vendors.
• Proven track record launching and managing digital products in financial services or e-commerce.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap and recommendations for assigned digital products, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Manage relationships with key digital vendors to maximize functionality and customer experience.
• Define and maintain a clear deposit product strategy and roadmap across the full lifecycle.
• Understand market dynamics and client insights to define product trends and inform strategy.
• Develop new products and product changes iteratively with cross-functional teams.
• Explore fintech options with potential to generate revenue or deposit growth.
• Establish and monitor product performance metrics; deploy actionable insights with BI/Finance/Deposit Ops/Client Experience.
• Communicate product insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, CX, and Risk to ensure secure, compliant solutions.
• Support product mapping for potential bank acquisitions.
• Lead product specialists: hiring, performance management, coaching.
