Columbia Bank is seeking a VP, Product and Digital in Fair Lawn, NJ to define, deliver, and scale digital strategy across the Bank. You will lead a team to shape digital channels and banking products, driving revenue and deposit growth while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

You will oversee product oversight, performance analytics, and operational excellence, partnering with technology, risk, and CX to ensure secure and compliant solutions. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, focusing on digital channels and customer-facing products.
• Experience working with vendors.
• Proven track record of launching and managing digital products in e-commerce or financial services.
• Master's degree or higher is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap and recommendations for digital products, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Manage relationships with digital vendors to maximize functionality and customer experience.
• Define and maintain a deposit product strategy and roadmap across the full product lifecycle.
• Research market dynamics and client insights to guide product trends and strategy.
• Develop new products and changes iteratively with cross-functional teams.
• Explore fintech options to generate revenue or deposit growth.
• Establish and monitor product performance metrics.
• Collaborate with BI, Finance, Deposit Operations and CX to deploy insights.
• Communicate product insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, CX and Risk to ensure secure, compliant solutions.
• Support product mapping for potential bank acquisitions.
• Lead a team of product specialists and manage hiring and coaching.
