Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with objectives, trends, and member expectations.
• Lead creation and refinement of digital member journeys across devices.
• Translate strategy into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Manage backlog prioritization and plan digital initiatives.
• Track KPIs like adoption, usage, and satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders on digital features and compliance requirements.
