Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks a Vice President, Digital Product to lead strategy and execution for Online & Mobile Banking. You will define a long-term vision, drive a unified platform, and own the lifecycle from discovery to modernization.

You will mentor PMs, partner across Risk, Compliance, and Tech, and guide investments to deliver secure, scalable digital experiences aligned with member needs.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in product operations or product management.
• 10 years as a people leader, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital products at scale in regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in online and mobile banking platforms and related technologies.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision for consumer Online & Mobile Banking, aligning with member experience and growth.
• Establish a unified digital banking platform balancing partner capabilities with strategic customization.
• Set product principles and guardrails for cross-functional teams and partners.
• Anticipate evolving member needs including AI-driven insights and personalization.
• Own the full lifecycle from strategy to delivery, optimization, and modernization.
• Balance improvements with platform performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Experience Design, Risk, Compliance, and IT to ensure compliant experiences.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers responsible for core consumer digital banking domains.
• Develop discovery and delivery processes based on member insights and data.
