Job summary
CoBank is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product Management to lead the enterprise digital product strategy, governance, and portfolio execution aligned with Digital First priorities and risk controls. You will translate strategy into integrated roadmaps, drive adoption, and realize business value through product-led transformation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, product management, information systems, engineering, or related field.
- 15 years of progressive leadership in product management or digital transformation.
- 8+ years leading enterprise digital product portfolios and cross-functional teams.
- Experience influencing executive leaders and governing complex portfolios.
- Experience with scaled agile, product-led delivery, design thinking, and product analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise digital product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmaps.
- Lead portfolio governance, prioritization, funding alignment, and value realization.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations to deliver scalable digital products.
- Design and mature the enterprise product operating model across functions.
- Advance digital transformation with product-led planning, discovery, and delivery.
- Provide executive-level reporting on strategy, performance, and milestones.
