• Directs changeover, scheduling, and alignment with site metrics.
• Allocates resources to support deviations, defects, and changes.
• Champions safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing to identify bottlenecks and optimize productivity.
• Builds and mentors high-performing teams and communicates performance metrics.
