Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations in a biologics manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOPs while leading a team during shift hours.

You will manage maintenance planning, train technicians, coordinate with QA and Spare Parts, implement KPI-driven improvements, and support corrective actions to sustain equipment reliability.

Formación

• 10+ years in maintenance/engineering in biologics manufacturing.
• Associates degree required; college degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing personnel issues.
• Knowledge of Maximo or CMMS systems.
• Familiar with SOPs, cGMPs, and regulatory expectations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Train and develop maintenance technicians; approve work during shifts.
• Manage tools, spare parts, and technical documentation.
• Support RCA, CAPA and Quality Events related to maintenance.
• Implement KPI-driven reliability improvements.
