Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; absolute requirement.
• 5+ years of process engineering in pharma or medical devices.
• Experience with GMP, pharma or vaccine formulation and filling; aseptic operations.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, procurement, installation, validation, and support of bioprocess equipment and facility design/operation.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on HAZOPs, FMEAs, SOPs; develop local standards.
• Interface with outside engineering firms on process design and compliance.
• Manage vendors and contractors to ensure cGMP compliance and standards.
